Visual Collaboration

Personal Smart Board
The personal whiteboard is a 300_mm x 300_mm diagram tray, to which a pen is fastened with a coiled cable.

You put simply a sheet paper on the personal whiteboard and write on it with the pen. This picture is then scanned by the whiteboard application program within the Desktop videoconference system. Subsequently, meeting participants can see your data locally and at distant locations and work on it together with you.

Interactive Smart Board
The interactive whiteboard can be used just as simply as a traditional whiteboard. Everything that you write on the interactive Whiteboard is scanned by an attached PC in real time. During a video conference you and the conference participants in other locations can cooperate together interactively with Microsoft NetMeeting and always keep visual contact.

Projector:
It is advisable to use the interactive whiteboard with a projector. Thus local and distant users can supplement each projected picture on the whiteboard. With an electronic pen and the function keys you can, for example, change to the next side or the pen color. The projector is suitable for application with PowerPoint presentations or Excel tables.

Interactive FlipChart
The interactive flipchart uses conventional flipchart paper. At the same time the picture in scanned real time on an attached PC. During a videoconference participants in distant locations can contribute to and comment on the discussion via Microsoft NetMeeting . Simultaneously you are able to see the information you write or sketch on the flipchart.
