Pre-Local Renting Service of Multimedia Devices
Today, any company can rent professional, top-brand equipment from ActVisual to enhance a variety of events quickly and without complications.

ActVisual rents you not only the appropriate equipment, but also takes over the organization of your entire meeting. Through cooperation with our partners, we offer this service abroad, as well.


Video Conference Room Rental
Efficient communication and effective time management are important factors for success in today's world. With video conferencing you can overcome the barriers of time and distance. Unproductive travel time and associated expenses are eliminated. You can make your decisions in comfort, whether it be in your own office or in one of our video conference rooms.

The operation of the system is very simple. Should you request an operator, however, we would be more than pleased to put one at your disposal.
We have experience in equipping centrally located videoconference rooms throughout Switzerland with the most modern technology. Of course, if you prefer working in your own environment, we can also install the system in your company's office.

Due to our partnerships, we can offer you a worldwide service. In addition to the spatial requirements, we organize every communicative aspect of your videoconference, including fax and catering service.

Videoconference Studio Fees
Per hour
CHF. 340.-
Half day - lump sum
CHF. 990.-
Daily - lump sum
CHF. 1780.-

Included:

Of course, the entire infrastructure, such as flip charts, shredders, office materials, overhead projectors as well as communication systems such as telephone, fax and E-Mail are included in the price.

Not Included:
The communication system's connecting fees and any possible costs of an operator. The operation of the system is very simple. Should you request an operator, however, we would be more than pleased to put one at your disposal (CHF. 150. - p/h.).
